Rycarda Smith

Rycarda Smith is currently the Chair of the Surrey White Rock Chapter of Osteoporosis Canada, and was elected by her peers as the Chair of the OC Operations Advisory Council in June 2009; this group is comprised of selected representatives from their respective Chapters. Rycarda is an Associate Broker/Realtor® with Hugh and McKinnon in S. Surrey BC.

Rycarda has had a varied career from Administrative and Customer service positions with a major airline, sales administration of a real estate company, a sales executive, and an Associate Broker Realtor negotiating the selling and buying of real estate, maintaining high standards of ethics and performance.

Rycarda has held Director positions with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (where she continues on numerous committees), Peace Arch Hospital Auxiliary Society for 10 years on the Executive Board and now a Past President, as well as positions with Beta Sigma Phi and with her church.

Rycarda is very active with the Realtor Blanket Drive every December with the collection of warm clothing for the homeless. Rycarda was a recipient of the Realtors Make Good Neighbors Award in 2004, for volunteering in the community, as well as being one of 19 REALTORS ®from across the Lower Mainland to graduate in a pioneer training program in advanced ethical leadership in 2008.
