Osteoporosis Canada – Celebrating 30 years!

Join Osteoporosis Canada on June 17, 2012 as it celebrates 30 years of dedicated service to those with or at risk of osteoporosis. Established in 1982, the first organization in the world committed solely to bone health. Osteoporosis Canada remains the only organization in Canada with this primary focus.

As many as two million Canadians live with osteoporosis, a disease that causes bones to lose their strength, become thin, brittle and prone to fracture.

In the coming months, specifically during Osteoporosis month in November, there will be activities and celebrations marking this important milestone.
